Michelle Landy is head of National Communications, coordinating business relationships, media, growers and employee communication and development. She provides leadership to the business group with a primary focus on VIC, NSW and SOUTHERN QLD.
Michelle brings a unique skill set to agriculture, having spent the past 25 years consulting in diverse industries. She is a specialist in communications, change and performance leadership.
She graduated from University in the behavioural sciences and Post graduate business studies specialised in performance management. She holds numerous roles outside of Total Grower Services, consults to industry, is a University Leadership Lecturer, change facilitator and executive coach to leaders throughout Australia.
Michelle has long held passion for sustainable and integrated agricultural practices and the multitude of benefits it brings to growers, consumers, the environment and the industry as a whole. Raised on a farm, with an agronomist father, the ways of agriculture took hold early and is passionate about working with businesses who are progressive and leading the way in advanced agricultural solutions.
